I'm someone who went first.
I was the freelancing guy who taught freelancing. Then the ecom guy who taught ecom. Every time I made money doing something, I ended up teaching it, because teaching was the part I loved. Then I got burnt out on ads, funnels and heavy operations, and I made one decision: build an audience, and build everything else on top of it. I started creating content, the audience grew, and I sold high-ticket programs to it. The businesses changed. The audience stayed. Today I run three education businesses. I scaled to ₹1Cr/month organically, with strong profit margins and zero ads, and I work 3 to 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
